By downloading, installing, or using the ThinkAgain mobile application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.
ThinkAgain provides interactive philosophical thought experiments designed to:
The App is provided for educational and entertainment purposes. It is not a substitute for professional philosophical, psychological, or medical advice.
ThinkAgain does not require user accounts. Your experiment results are stored locally on your device. Anonymous response data is transmitted to our servers for statistical analysis.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device. We are not liable for any unauthorised access to your device or locally stored data.
Because Premium is a one-time purchase and not a recurring subscription, there is no ongoing billing to cancel.
All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's refund policy. We do not process refunds directly. To request a refund, contact Apple Support at reportaproblem.apple.com.

All content in ThinkAgain, including but not limited to text, graphics, user interfaces, experiment designs, data compilations, and software, is owned by or licenced to us and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any content in the App without our explicit written permission.
The experiments and analyses provided in ThinkAgain are for educational and entertainment purposes only. Results do not constitute professional advice or assessment of your philosophical or psychological state.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
While we strive for accuracy in our experiments and statistical analyses, we make no guarantees about the completeness, reliability, or accuracy of the content or data presented in the App.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:
