What is ThinkAgain?

ThinkAgain is an iOS app featuring interactive philosophical thought experiments. Complete classic philosophical scenarios, discover patterns in your thinking, and compare your responses with thousands of users worldwide through rich statistical analytics.

Is ThinkAgain free?

Yes! ThinkAgain is free to download and use. All experiments are accessible without payment. A one-time Premium purchase unlocks detailed demographic breakdowns and advanced analytics, but the core experience is completely free.

What does Premium include?

Premium users get:

• Full demographic breakdowns (by age, education, country, etc.)
• Advanced statistical comparisons across all experiments
• Priority access to new experiments

Free users still see global statistics for every experiment.

How do I manage my Premium purchase?

ThinkAgain Premium is a one-time lifetime purchase through the App Store (not a recurring subscription). To restore Premium on this or another iPhone:
1. Open ThinkAgain → Profile tab
2. Scroll to the bottom
3. Tap "Restore Purchases"
4. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase

What's your refund policy?

All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store. Refunds are subject to Apple's refund policy. You can request a refund through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

How do I provide demographic information?

After completing 1-3 experiments, you'll be prompted to optionally share demographic information (age, education, etc.). This is entirely optional and helps improve the analytics for everyone. You can also add or update this information anytime in the Profile tab.

Can I delete my data?

Yes! Go to the Profile tab → scroll to the bottom → tap "Delete All Data". This will permanently remove all your experiment results and profile information from your device. Server-side analytics data is anonymous and cannot be individually deleted.

What are the experiments about?

ThinkAgain includes experiments covering:

• Ethics — The Trolley Problem, Singer's Drowning Child
• Identity — Mary's Room, personal identity puzzles
• Logic — Syllogisms, Wason selection task, framing effects
• Worldview — Battleground God, philosophical health check

Is my data private?

Yes. We collect only anonymous experiment responses and optional demographics. We do not collect names, email addresses, or any personally identifiable information. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

The app won't load data / Analytics aren't showing

Make sure you have an active internet connection. The app requires internet access to fetch analytics and insight cards. Your experiment results are saved locally even without internet.

I'm having trouble with my Premium purchase

Try these steps:
1. Open ThinkAgain → Profile tab
2. Scroll to bottom → tap "Restore Purchases"
3. If issues persist, check you're signed in with the Apple ID used to buy Premium
4. Try restarting the app

The app crashes or freezes

Try force-quitting the app and reopening it. If problems persist, please contact us with details about when the crash occurs and what you were doing in the app.
